My experience with Les Fleurs Ma Passion was great! I ordered an arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day and when one of the flowers was unavailable, the store called to let me know and ask if there were any flowers I'd like to be substituted. Ordered flowers for mother's day, and they arrived, the day after mother's day... but customer service was really lovely about it and offered 50% off next purchase due to the mix up. Willing to give them another chance as these things happen, and it's how you deal with the mistakes that counts!

I ordered the flowers as a Valentines day gift and specified delivery on the 14th of Feb. I was disappointed they were delivered on the 12th and that they phoned first.
